RETURN POLICIES
CLAREVIVIER wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. We do not offer refunds but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days from the date your item is delivered. ALL returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. CLAREVIVIER has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.
Please contact info@clarevivier.com with your order number along with a brief reason for your exchange for a Return Authorization # or for any other exchange inquiries - only orders with Return Authorization #'s will be accepted.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, Return Authorization # and which items you are exchanging for.
If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at info@clarevivier.com or by phone at (213) 483-2247 within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees.
International shipments are sent via USPS International and total freight charges will be determined at checkout.

All of our items are made by hand in Los Angeles and, in most cases, are made to order. For this reason, on average, your order will ship within 10 business days. If the item is immediately available, it will ship within 2 business days.

Our best recommendation for cleaning your CLAREVIVIER leather goods is to take it to a trusted shoemaker or cleaners specializing in leather. Try to avoid exposing your bag to water and moisture.

ABOUT NATURAL, UNDYED LEATHER
Natural undyed leather is a “naked” leather: undyed and unfinished. Its natural beauty and texture darken and change over time as the leather is exposed to sunlight and handling. Marks on the leather are part of the “naked” leather and will fade over time as the leather darkens and ages.
